Private Forces Simulation Unit
1. WHAT WE DO
EX-OPS conducts high-intensity, mission-based operations across multiple tactical shooters (e.g., Arma Reforger, Ready or Not, Grey Zone Warfare, Six Days in Fallujah). We simulate real-world Private Force engagements with a focus on small-unit tactics, high-value objectives, and strategic flexibility.
Core Mission Types:
-
Contract-style PvE/PvP engagements
-
Hostage rescue & VIP protection
-
High-risk asset transport
-
Intelligence gathering & recon
-
Base raids & counter-insurgency
-
Narrative-driven mission arcs
2. HOW WE OPERATE
🔹 Squadron-Based Structure
All operators belong to a squadron — a 4–6 man unit that trains, deploys, and rotates together across all supported titles. Missions, assignments, and deployments are executed at the squadron level.
🔹 Persistent Role Assignment
You choose your combat role (rifleman, marksman, breacher, recon, support, etc.) but once selected, you must remain in that role for 30 days minimum, across all operations and titles your squad enters.
3. CHAIN OF COMMAND
🟥 HIGH COMMAND (Strategic Authority)
-
Director – Founder, final authority, mission overseer, policy enforcer
-
Deputy Director – Second-in-command, unit-wide coordination, command representation
-
Chief Operations Officer (COO) – Handles all operational deployments, logistics, and cross-squadron mission planning
-
Chief Intelligence Officer (CIO) – Manages recon data, mission briefings, comms intel, and special-case oversight
-
Chief Training Officer (CTO) – Oversees qualifications, trial phases, role training, and drills
🟧 SQUADRON COMMAND (Tactical Execution)

Squadron Commander (SC) – Leads individual squad, sets mission tempo, reports to High Command
-
Squad Leader (SL) – In-mission command role, controls tactical execution and communication
-
Senior Operator – Trusted member of a squad, assists in role instruction and team cohesion
4. ORDERS & MISSION FLOW
-
Orders flow top-down from Director or COO > Squadron Commander > Squad Leaders
-
Mission briefs are issued via command channel or pre-op documentation
-
Debriefs are mandatory and recorded for unit review after all major operations
