So you want to join EX-OPS? Read carefully.

We don’t do open-door recruitment.
We don’t hand out ranks.
We don’t care how good you think you are — we care how disciplined, loyal, and reliable you can be under pressure.

If you want in, here’s what you need to do:

🔻 STEP 1: Join the Recruitment Discord

This is your first move. Once you’re inside, you'll be under review immediately — not by bots or apps, but by real people who know what to look for. If you act out of line or show ego? You're out before you start.

🔻 STEP 2: Submit Your Application

You’ll be issued a structured application with real questions — no fluff. Expect to explain your mindset, history, and intentions. We don’t recruit off stats; we recruit off character.

🔻 STEP 3: Complete the 2-Week Trial Phase

Earn your place. During these two weeks, you’ll be evaluated on:

Activity (minimum 3 hours per week)
Communication
Tactical Performance
Composure
Team Integration

You will not be given a rank or patch until the trial is over and the team votes to bring you in. No shortcuts. No exceptions.

🔻 STEP 4: Induction & Assignment

Make it through? You’ll be inducted, briefed, and assigned to a squad that fits your strengths. You’ll receive access to mission channels, training protocols, and deployment orders. From here, your progress is in your hands.
